It makes me sad and kinda scared that I have a migraine today. I get scared because I used to have them a lot and I don't want that to happen again. I don't really feel it will, but I am still apprehensive. I can pin point why I am stressed and I can work through these few things - slowly. I need to be diligent and always look at the big picture. Cold Turkey was a verygood idea and applying it to many things has been really helpful.
